I'm a customer with Encino Mail & More for over 10 years now. It's about time I'll write a review to spread the word 😉
What can I say great place? Let's start with the little added fact that the new owners renovate it really cute. More importantly they added more services such as passport pictures, lamination, key duplication (needed badly!)... overall EXCELLENT  customer service - Val, Christina & Adi are going above a beyond for anything me and my family need and most importantly they always welcome you with a big smile 🙂
If you are looking to rent a mailbox this is the place!!!

  I had a wonderful experience with this place. They went way beyond to help track a package that was not delivered correctly. They took the time to contact the post office several times to try to figure out what had happened. They are so nice and helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

  I'm writing this on behalf of my mom Donna, who had a wonderful experience at Encino Mail and More. Lior and Adi were attentive and went the extra mile for her to consolidate two packages. They have plenty of supplies and offer many different services so you don't have to go to a busy UPS or Fed Ex store. This is a great local business to support!

She is always friendly, professional and super helpful, not to mention she is extremely thorough, making sure every detail is correct before I leave the store. They are the perfect one stop shop for all of my needs.
There is usually parking available in the back, and if there isn't, there are meters in the front on Ventura Blvd. 5 stars across the board!

  I had to mail off stuff real quick early in the morning. The staff were super helpful and kind with explaining pricing and timing. It's great to enter a place and actually feel welcomed by knowledgeable people.

  came today to get notary and passport picture and found a nice place with nice people.

  Came in here the other day looking for some 4x6 shipping labels since Office Depot and staples didn't have any and I lucked out! Val helped me out and she told me where I can get them in bulk and even gave me one! Love this place and their customer service, I will definitely be returning.

  They were very kind and helped me get information about what I needed to do in order to get some documents verified. I used their notary services and got a mailbox as well for a nice price.
