I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)
