I stopped by today to get my passport pictures taken, service was great and the staffcwas very welcoming and friendly. They also offer notarie services, shredding, p.o boxes, and mailing services. I would definitely recommend this businesses to all the Encino locals.

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. As long as I’m in Los Angeles and need any of these services I will never ever ever go anywhere else. Aaliyah and Jose thank you graciously you guys are awesome.🤩

We moved to Encino a while ago Unfortunately I only found out about Mail & More recently. So I write this review to support them, cause they deserve it!!!! They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)

I've been coming here for years and love having a "mom and pop" shipping store conveniently located in my neighborhood. This store has been a staple in the community for decades and it was wonderful to see the management shift into such good hands with Adi and Lior (previous store patrons) when the original owners moved into retirement. Adi has kept all the same useful shipping store services as expected as well as overall friendly service. Adi and her staff really seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. I often feel bad that most of my business at this store is dropping off packages and letters for UPS, fed ex, etc. and all kinds of returns from online purchases. I know these are not "money makers" for stores, but Adi and the staff are always so friendly and appreciative of me using their services. Stamps, passport pictures, notary... This is also a great place to get the typical mail and office supplies in a pinch, but they have also started selling other random, but cool and useful items. I'm glad I can still come to a locally owned family store and have a great experience as this is becoming a rarity. I love that there is a framed picture up in the store of the original owners with the new owners! Really touching and symbolic of a bygone era.

This little store has excellent customer service. I needed to renew a passport for my daughter and they helped in every way possible, simply and easily. I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.
