I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. I love Encino Mail and more they are so helpful and kind! The perfect place to mail anything locally so close to the neighborhood and gives you the feeling of your local shop! They package and stuff all of my packages for me no matter the carrier i can bring it here knowing i safely dropped off my packages. Would recommend to anyone tired of waiting in those long lines at the usps or driving out of your way for a fedex or ups location!!
