I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.

I stopped by today to get my passport pictures taken, service was great and the staffcwas very welcoming and friendly. They also offer notarie services, shredding, p.o boxes, and mailing services. I would definitely recommend this businesses to all the Encino locals.

Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

Had a great experience with this location. They were able to find the most affordable shipping option all the way to my daughter in Pennsylvania . Good folks right there, highly recommended !

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

They package and stuff all of my packages for me no matter the carrier i can bring it here knowing i safely dropped off my packages. Would recommend to anyone tired of waiting in those long lines at the usps or driving out of your way for a fedex or ups location!! Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! This is my local spot to send back Amazon returns and anything related to UPS and FedEx shipments. It’s always an easy and simply process when I come drop off my items. It’s also convenient every time I need to send faxes out. Special shout out to Aaliyah for her warm customer service skills and her willingness to be helpful.
