Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.

Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

I've been coming here for years and love having a "mom and pop" shipping store conveniently located in my neighborhood. This store has been a staple in the community for decades and it was wonderful to see the management shift into such good hands with Adi and Lior (previous store patrons) when the original owners moved into retirement. Adi has kept all the same useful shipping store services as expected as well as overall friendly service. Adi and her staff really seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. I often feel bad that most of my business at this store is dropping off packages and letters for UPS, fed ex, etc. and all kinds of returns from online purchases. I know these are not "money makers" for stores, but Adi and the staff are always so friendly and appreciative of me using their services. Stamps, passport pictures, notary... This is also a great place to get the typical mail and office supplies in a pinch, but they have also started selling other random, but cool and useful items. I'm glad I can still come to a locally owned family store and have a great experience as this is becoming a rarity. I love that there is a framed picture up in the store of the original owners with the new owners! Really touching and symbolic of a bygone era.

Called me back with different options for my international packages I had to send, found the best option for me and when problems occurred with DHL she quickly found a solution and had my packages taken care of and delivered immediately.
