I've been coming here for years and love having a "mom and pop" shipping store conveniently located in my neighborhood. This store has been a staple in the community for decades and it was wonderful to see the management shift into such good hands with Adi and Lior (previous store patrons) when the original owners moved into retirement. Adi has kept all the same useful shipping store services as expected as well as overall friendly service. Adi and her staff really seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. I often feel bad that most of my business at this store is dropping off packages and letters for UPS, fed ex, etc. and all kinds of returns from online purchases. I know these are not "money makers" for stores, but Adi and the staff are always so friendly and appreciative of me using their services. Stamps, passport pictures, notary... This is also a great place to get the typical mail and office supplies in a pinch, but they have also started selling other random, but cool and useful items. I'm glad I can still come to a locally owned family store and have a great experience as this is becoming a rarity. I love that there is a framed picture up in the store of the original owners with the new owners! Really touching and symbolic of a bygone era.

I have known this Business of Encino Mail & More for many years. The owner Ms. Adi is the owner including two employees Jose and Aliyah are very polite, nice, and helpful. You will be happy with your experience at this place.

I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I love Encino Mail and more they are so helpful and kind! The perfect place to mail anything locally so close to the neighborhood and gives you the feeling of your local shop! They package and stuff all of my packages for me no matter the carrier i can bring it here knowing i safely dropped off my packages. Would recommend to anyone tired of waiting in those long lines at the usps or driving out of your way for a fedex or ups location!! Encino Mail & More are the best shipping services i have ever used.

I stopped by today to get my passport pictures taken, service was great and the staffcwas very welcoming and friendly. They also offer notarie services, shredding, p.o boxes, and mailing services. I would definitely recommend this businesses to all the Encino locals.

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

This little store has excellent customer service. I needed to renew a passport for my daughter and they helped in every way possible, simply and easily.
