Came here to get some documents notarized and a few packages shipped, was very happy with quick and friendly customer service, will definitely be back!

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. As long as I’m in Los Angeles and need any of these services I will never ever ever go anywhere else. Aaliyah and Jose thank you graciously you guys are awesome.🤩

Great prices and service

Me and my husband needed to renew our passports Going all the way to the embassy was long drive and complicated, we found this place that is doing the same service 5 min away ,instead of going all the way to LA Quick efficient, nice and professional service. 100% we will come back when it's time to renew for the kids.

I love Encino Mail and more they are so helpful and kind! The perfect place to mail anything locally so close to the neighborhood and gives you the feeling of your local shop! They package and stuff all of my packages for me no matter the carrier i can bring it here knowing i safely dropped off my packages. Would recommend to anyone tired of waiting in those long lines at the usps or driving out of your way for a fedex or ups location!! I recently visited Encino Mail and More for a few shipments, and I must say, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome.

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

Alliyah was very helpful and patient, she helped me print my label and send out my package. It was a smooth and easy process.

Cant thank you enough for helping me with my passport renewal !!! I’m always so stressed when I’m dealing with governmental stuff but Christina and Val were super helpful & efficient from taking our passport pics helping us fill out the forms and ship it. I ran into them by mistake and I’m happy because now they are my One stop shop for my mailing stuff. I don’t usually write reviews but for them I had too. 10/10!

“I have been a loyal customer of Encino Mail and More for several years, handling all my mailing and notary needs through them as a resident of the area. Recently, however, I had an experience that completely changed my perspective on this business. I shipped two boxes through them, one containing shoes and the other makeup, meant for different companies. Unfortunately, the clerk at Encino Mail and More sent the packages to the wrong addresses—sending the shoes to the makeup company and the makeup to the shoe company. This error caused significant hassle for me, as the shoes ultimately got lost in the process. I’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now. The clerk initially promised to resolve the issue, but I have only received repeated excuses and runarounds. The lost shoes cost me over $800, and my credit card has been charged. When I finally managed to speak with the owner after months of leaving messages, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility for the mistake his business made. Encino Mail and owner’s lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service has not only caused me financial stress but has also wasted my time and patience. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere for mailing, shipping, and notary services if you want to avoid similar issues.”

I stopped by today to get my passport pictures taken, service was great and the staffcwas very welcoming and friendly. They also offer notarie services, shredding, p.o boxes, and mailing services. I would definitely recommend this businesses to all the Encino locals.

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

Great place for passport Photos

This little store has excellent customer service. I needed to renew a passport for my daughter and they helped in every way possible, simply and easily. They have everything from mailbox rentals, notary, office supplies, to passport photos. Thank you Encino Mail & More for your excellent service. It’s nice to have you in the neighborhood!
