They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)

March 17, 2025I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!
