Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! The owner of Encino Mail and More is such a graceful and kind woman, she deserves these two wonderful employees and a flourishing business!! Everyone check them out!! ✌️🎇☺️

As a mailbox renter over the last 40 years, I have chosen to stay with Encino Mail & More over the last 15 years primarily due to the personal attention, wide range of services available, and, of course, reasonable pricing compared to the other alternatives. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

I’ve been a customer of encino Mail & more for almost a year now and I have to recommend them!!! I know it’s been renovated lately, it looks really good & with the music in the background it feels really nice 🙂 I really feel that my mail and packages are safe. I get a call when I get something that looks important and every time I call to check on my mail they let me know what I have with a smile. Their customer service is exceptional , Val who works there is just wonderful, feels like she really cares about the customers. They have all kind of services such as passport pictures, notary , key duplication, stamps ... If you considering of renting a mailbox for you or your business, this is definitely the right place to go to.

The staff, Jose & Aliyah, very nice customer service. I was having a hard time printing out a document. They were very accommodating and patient with me. I highly recommend coming to this store for your needs !

I love Encino Mail and more they are so helpful and kind! The perfect place to mail anything locally so close to the neighborhood and gives you the feeling of your local shop! They package and stuff all of my packages for me no matter the carrier i can bring it here knowing i safely dropped off my packages. Would recommend to anyone tired of waiting in those long lines at the usps or driving out of your way for a fedex or ups location!! Cant thank you enough for helping me with my passport renewal !!! I’m always so stressed when I’m dealing with governmental stuff but Christina and Val were super helpful & efficient from taking our passport pics helping us fill out the forms and ship it. I ran into them by mistake and I’m happy because now they are my One stop shop for my mailing stuff. I don’t usually write reviews but for them I had too. 10/10!

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. As long as I’m in Los Angeles and need any of these services I will never ever ever go anywhere else. Aaliyah and Jose thank you graciously you guys are awesome.🤩

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

Thank you so much Aaliyah for your help. I arrived 15 minutes before the store closes and needed help retrieving an email, faxing something and getting something notarized. We moved to Encino a while ago Unfortunately I only found out about Mail & More recently. So I write this review to support them, cause they deserve it!!!! They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)

Alliyah was a great help. Called me back with different options for my international packages I had to send, found the best option for me and when problems occurred with DHL she quickly found a solution and had my packages taken care of and delivered immediately. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I strongly recommend.
