As a mailbox renter over the last 40 years, I have chosen to stay with Encino Mail & More over the last 15 years primarily due to the personal attention, wide range of services available, and, of course, reasonable pricing compared to the other alternatives. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. Great prices and service

Amazing shipping place! Aaliyah helped me get my package out super quick! The place is very clean and will definitely be returning for any Fedex Packaged that I need to ship out!

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! The owner of Encino Mail and More is such a graceful and kind woman, she deserves these two wonderful employees and a flourishing business!! Everyone check them out!! ✌️🎇☺️

This little store has excellent customer service. I needed to renew a passport for my daughter and they helped in every way possible, simply and easily. “I have been a loyal customer of Encino Mail and More for several years, handling all my mailing and notary needs through them as a resident of the area. Recently, however, I had an experience that completely changed my perspective on this business. I shipped two boxes through them, one containing shoes and the other makeup, meant for different companies. Unfortunately, the clerk at Encino Mail and More sent the packages to the wrong addresses—sending the shoes to the makeup company and the makeup to the shoe company. This error caused significant hassle for me, as the shoes ultimately got lost in the process. I’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now. The clerk initially promised to resolve the issue, but I have only received repeated excuses and runarounds. The lost shoes cost me over $800, and my credit card has been charged. When I finally managed to speak with the owner after months of leaving messages, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility for the mistake his business made. Encino Mail and owner’s lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service has not only caused me financial stress but has also wasted my time and patience. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere for mailing, shipping, and notary services if you want to avoid similar issues.”

We moved to Encino a while ago Unfortunately I only found out about Mail & More recently. So I write this review to support them, cause they deserve it!!!! They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)

Encino Mail and More is the best! The staff is super friendly and always helpful. It has that welcoming, local neighborhood feel that you just don’t get at big chains. I’d much rather support a small, family-run business like this. They make errands easy and pleasant, highly recommend!

I stopped by today to get my passport pictures taken, service was great and the staffcwas very welcoming and friendly. They also offer notarie services, shredding, p.o boxes, and mailing services. I would definitely recommend this businesses to all the Encino locals.

Called me back with different options for my international packages I had to send, found the best option for me and when problems occurred with DHL she quickly found a solution and had my packages taken care of and delivered immediately. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I strongly recommend.

Cant thank you enough for helping me with my passport renewal !!! I’m always so stressed when I’m dealing with governmental stuff but Christina and Val were super helpful & efficient from taking our passport pics helping us fill out the forms and ship it. I ran into them by mistake and I’m happy because now they are my One stop shop for my mailing stuff. I don’t usually write reviews but for them I had too. 10/10!

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services.
