As a mailbox renter over the last 40 years, I have chosen to stay with Encino Mail & More over the last 15 years primarily due to the personal attention, wide range of services available, and, of course, reasonable pricing compared to the other alternatives. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. They guided me through every step when I needed a passport photo for the first time, even helping me with forms and directions beyond their duties. Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! The owner of Encino Mail and More is such a graceful and kind woman, she deserves these two wonderful employees and a flourishing business!! Everyone check them out!! ✌️🎇☺️

Just great serv

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

Cant thank you enough for helping me with my passport renewal !!! I’m always so stressed when I’m dealing with governmental stuff but Christina and Val were super helpful & efficient from taking our passport pics helping us fill out the forms and ship it. I ran into them by mistake and I’m happy because now they are my One stop shop for my mailing stuff. I don’t usually write reviews but for them I had too. 10/10!

This little store has excellent customer service. I needed to renew a passport for my daughter and they helped in every way possible, simply and easily. This is my local spot to send back Amazon returns and anything related to UPS and FedEx shipments. It’s always an easy and simply process when I come drop off my items. It’s also convenient every time I need to send faxes out. Special shout out to Aaliyah for her warm customer service skills and her willingness to be helpful.

Excellent service and systematic

Alliyah was a great help. Called me back with different options for my international packages I had to send, found the best option for me and when problems occurred with DHL she quickly found a solution and had my packages taken care of and delivered immediately. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I strongly recommend.

Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services.
