Alliyah was a great help. Called me back with different options for my international packages I had to send, found the best option for me and when problems occurred with DHL she quickly found a solution and had my packages taken care of and delivered immediately. She was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I strongly recommend.

Me and my husband needed to renew our passports Going all the way to the embassy was long drive and complicated, we found this place that is doing the same service 5 min away ,instead of going all the way to LA Quick efficient, nice and professional service. 100% we will come back when it's time to renew for the kids.

Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently! As a mailbox renter over the last 40 years, I have chosen to stay with Encino Mail & More over the last 15 years primarily due to the personal attention, wide range of services available, and, of course, reasonable pricing compared to the other alternatives. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. I've been coming here for years and love having a "mom and pop" shipping store conveniently located in my neighborhood. This store has been a staple in the community for decades and it was wonderful to see the management shift into such good hands with Adi and Lior (previous store patrons) when the original owners moved into retirement. Adi has kept all the same useful shipping store services as expected as well as overall friendly service. Adi and her staff really seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. I often feel bad that most of my business at this store is dropping off packages and letters for UPS, fed ex, etc. and all kinds of returns from online purchases. I know these are not "money makers" for stores, but Adi and the staff are always so friendly and appreciative of me using their services. Stamps, passport pictures, notary... This is also a great place to get the typical mail and office supplies in a pinch, but they have also started selling other random, but cool and useful items. I'm glad I can still come to a locally owned family store and have a great experience as this is becoming a rarity. I love that there is a framed picture up in the store of the original owners with the new owners! Really touching and symbolic of a bygone era.

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

“I have been a loyal customer of Encino Mail and More for several years, handling all my mailing and notary needs through them as a resident of the area. Recently, however, I had an experience that completely changed my perspective on this business. I shipped two boxes through them, one containing shoes and the other makeup, meant for different companies. Unfortunately, the clerk at Encino Mail and More sent the packages to the wrong addresses—sending the shoes to the makeup company and the makeup to the shoe company. This error caused significant hassle for me, as the shoes ultimately got lost in the process. I’ve been dealing with this issue for several months now. The clerk initially promised to resolve the issue, but I have only received repeated excuses and runarounds. The lost shoes cost me over $800, and my credit card has been charged. When I finally managed to speak with the owner after months of leaving messages, he was incredibly rude, dismissive, and took no responsibility for the mistake his business made. Encino Mail and owner’s lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service has not only caused me financial stress but has also wasted my time and patience. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere for mailing, shipping, and notary services if you want to avoid similar issues.”

It has provided me with a great solution to ensure the safety of my deliveries and avoid them being left at my home. We moved to Encino a while ago Unfortunately I only found out about Mail & More recently. So I write this review to support them, cause they deserve it!!!! They are always Extremely nice & helpful with all my returns - taping my box and have it ready for shipment. Not like other places who gives you a face or charge you for it - they charge me $0 and I really appreciate it!!! They are now my favorite one for all my mailing needs. They also offer notary service, passport pictures, lamination and so much more stuff I just don’t remember;)

This is my local spot to send back Amazon returns and anything related to UPS and FedEx shipments. It’s always an easy and simply process when I come drop off my items.
