I have been using Encino Mail and More as my go-to mailbox store for rerouting my FedEx packages. It has provided me with a great solution to ensure the safety of my deliveries and avoid them being left at my home. The staff at Encino Mail and More are extremely friendly and helpful, making it the best store to send your packages to when you don't want them left unattended.

Cant thank you enough for helping me with my passport renewal !!! I’m always so stressed when I’m dealing with governmental stuff but Christina and Val were super helpful & efficient from taking our passport pics helping us fill out the forms and ship it. I ran into them by mistake and I’m happy because now they are my One stop shop for my mailing stuff. I don’t usually write reviews but for them I had too. 10/10!

I have had a mail box at this place for the last 15 years (back when it used to be Mailboxes Plus). The couple that owned it before were always kind and helpful to me - I never had any issues with them. There were also times that they called me to let me know a package came in that looked important! Recently they retired and a new family took over. They are very nice and kind - they were quick to learn the people who had mailboxes and have done quite a bit of work modernizing and updating the place (new flooring, stuff to buy, digital package management, text notifications, etc)! I am definitely excited for the changes that they are making and so happy that this place found someone new to take it over and didn't close. It is in a great location and I am happy to continue to use the same address that I have the last 15 years! Keep up the good work!

This is my local spot to send back Amazon returns and anything related to UPS and FedEx shipments. It’s always an easy and simply process when I come drop off my items. It’s also convenient every time I need to send faxes out. Special shout out to Aaliyah for her warm customer service skills and her willingness to be helpful.

As a mailbox renter over the last 40 years, I have chosen to stay with Encino Mail & More over the last 15 years primarily due to the personal attention, wide range of services available, and, of course, reasonable pricing compared to the other alternatives. While I enjoyed a lovely business/personal relationship with the original owners, the new owners, Lior & Adi, are truly a breath of fresh air. Since taking over, they have not only renovated the store offering a fresh, clean and more modern appearance but also have expanded their products and services. Equally, if not more importantly to me, this husband & wife team and their very friendly staff offer a warm and inviting environment to all while promptly and attentively caring for your various business-related needs. Quite frankly, I almost never write a review for anything online; however, when one experiences that rare commodity known as “Good” customer service nowadays I felt compelled to share this with others. Encino Mail and More is one of the most Incredible establishments that I’ve had an opportunity to visit while here in Los Angeles. It has everything here I can ship FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Services, DHL, purchase stamps, use their notary service and more. It’s just Amazing!!!!! however, the one thing that really makes it stand out is a young lady that works there by the name of Aaliyah, such a gentle spirit, very professional, and very helpful in obtaining any and all of the services that they offer. I also had a pleasure of meeting Jose, who is also another pleasant employee that works there if ever given the opportunity one should stop by and utilize their services. As long as I’m in Los Angeles and need any of these services I will never ever ever go anywhere else. Aaliyah and Jose thank you graciously you guys are awesome.🤩

Just moved to this area and shopped around for the best prices to rent a mailbox. To my surprise for a mom and pop shop they had lower prices than most big business so it's a plus for me to support and get a great value. Alliyah and Jose are so friendly every time I go in, Im in and out with no issue. Never a misplaced package which save me a lot of time.

Went on what’s considered by many other places to be a holiday. Fairly busy, but the one employee handled everyone with great poise. Was able to print, notarize, and send out my documents in a timely manner.

Great and friendly service. My wife and I had to go get notary service and Jose was awesome. I now have a notary place to go to. Super helpful. Another note, I just started a new business and found out that I can mail all my packages thru thus location! Score!!!!!!

Encino Mail and More is such a perfect neighborhood mail supply store! Jose and Aliyah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) are out-of-this-world with their customer service and they really seem to love working there as helping people get their mail and packages sent and picked up! They also have notary services as well, which was an awesome surprise recently!
